Actual spawn-egg texture included in the mod.
Status: implemented in test build 0.2.17+mc26.3. Confirmed role: works in its assigned area, completes jobs and picks up loose items while idle.
A floor Item Frame displaying a block plant/crop that survives on farmland controls the next planting/replanting across 9×9 and three soil levels. Between competing frames, the midpoint column on the dominant axis is neutral. The golem uses seeds/plants from its own chest and stores harvested surplus there. Without a frame, the previous farming routine remains. Exotic non-BlockItem planting is not implied.
Place a carved pumpkin or jack o’lantern on the Andesite Golem Construction Block. The block becomes the golem chest. Golem assembly is a placement structure, distinct from the crafting-grid recipe for its construction block:

Ingredients: minecraft:iron_ingot ×4, minecraft:smithing_table ×1, workling:cogwheel ×2, workling:andesite_alloy_block ×1, workling:mechanical_crafter ×1. Result: workling:andesite_golem_construction_block ×1.
Use the matching revival pumpkin on an eligible chest of the same type. The crafting-grid recipe below was verified against 0.2.17 game data.

Ingredients: workling:andesite_alloy ×5, minecraft:carved_pumpkin ×1, workling:cogwheel ×3. Result: workling:andesite_revival_pumpkin ×1.
This same golem becomes Golem Crafter, retaining its ID. Farming and other former jobs move away; it remains basic until its new menu. Its construction-block recipe center changes to the vanilla Crafter minecraft:crafter, not workling:mechanical_crafter. The image and ingredient list above remain the correct historical 0.2.17 recipe, not a .18 recipe. See future plans.
